"CTV North Suburbs in partnership with the Roseville Library is recording a variety of presentations about important topics such as Alzheimers, Dementia, RainGardens, Elections, History and more. "Hidden Human Computers: The Black Women of NASA" as presented by Duchess Harris at the Roseville Public Library on January 19th, 2017. Duchess discusses her research and history behind the Black Women of NASA, along with the newly released move called "Hidden Figures" from Levantine Films, Chernin Entertainment and Fox 2000 Pictures. Learn the history behind the movie, the black women mathematicians of NASA, and plenty of personal stories about NASA and Miriam Mann, who was Duchess's Grandmother, and one of the pioneering mathematicians."
